How often do you ship orders?
Orders are dispatched twice a week from the Miles Aldridge Studio in London.
We use DPD tracked services for all shipments. If your order is time-sensitive, please email studio@milesaldridge.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery timeframes after shipment are typically as follows:
- United Kingdom: 3–5 working days
- Europe: 7–14 working days
- USA: 7–14 working days
- Rest of World: 10–21 working days
Please note that international delivery times may vary, and delays due to customs or local carriers are outside our control.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes - you are welcome to collect directly from the studio in London.

Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders, including multiple items.
Current rates are:
- UK – £5.00
- Europe – £20.00
- Rest of World – £30.00
Are VAT and duties included in the price?
VAT is applied to UK orders automatically:
- Books: 0% VAT
- Special Editions & Portfolios: 20% VAT
For international orders, duties and import taxes are not included in your total. These are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
If charges are declined and the order is returned, we are unable to refund postage or packaging costs.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 28 days of your order, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Please note:
- Signed and personally dedicated books are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds (excluding damage/loss cases) will not include original shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Orders
All orders are sent via DPD with tracking. In the rare event of loss or damage:
- Non-delivery must be reported within 21–40 calendar days of the order date.
- Damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt. Please retain all packaging and send photographs to support your claim.
We can offer a replacement or refund once a claim is verified. Contact us at studio@milesaldridge.com for all claims.
